I think the idea of “convergent evidence” here as representational proposition needs to go. Should be replaced with the way that your physiology is connected to the practices you’re trained in (moving your eyes in a direction, moving your hand to the place your eyes are presented with light waves etc). This is to avoid the misleading idea that your eyes see and you produce a mental representation and then you reach out and get a tactile representation and all of that is part of the world and corresponds or something.
